Compass adds Boschetti Realty Group in Florida

Compass announced Monday that it’s adding Florida-based Boschetti Realty Group and its two leaders, Maurice and Silvia Boschetti, to its ranks.

The Boschettis bring decades of expertise and more than $500 million in career sales, according to a press release from Compass. Boschetti Realty Group arrived on scene in 2019 and quickly became a major player in Miami’s real estate market.

Boschetti Realty boasts a nine-agent team that specializes in luxury properties across several parts of Miami — including Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Pinecrest, Miami Beach and South Miami. Co-leader Maurice Boschetti has track record of negotiating multimillion dollar deals in the South Florida market. Recently, he represented the buyer of a $30 million beachfront home in Miami.

Jeff Polashuk, regional vice president for Compass, highlighted how the Boschetti team will boost the company’s leadership in a competitive Miami market.

“As Compass continues to grow, we look forward to The Boschetti Realty Group integrating into the brokerage and expanding their already expansive network of clients,” Polashuk said in a statement.

Maurice Boschetti also emphasized Compass’ technological and client-first approaches as key factors that align with his team’s mission.

“We are excited to work with Compass because of the advanced technology available, the people associated with the company, and the brokerage’s emphasis on client-first service,” Boschetti said.

Compass has made other recent moves to expand its presence in key markets. Last month, it added Washington Fine Properties (WFP), a luxury brokerage in Washington, D.C.
